Ellyn Bache has written seven novels of
mainstream women’s fiction, beginning with SAFE PASSAGE, which was made into
a Susan Sarandon film, and most recently, OVER 50’S SINGLE NIGHT, her third
novel for Harlequin Next. RASPBERRY SHERBERT KISSES, also for Harlequin Next,
will be out next April. She’s also written a children’s picture book, a teen
novel about high school wrestling, a collection of short stories that won the
Willa Cather Fiction Prize, and a nonfiction journal about sponsoring
refugees. She moved to Southeastern Pennsylvania last spring after 20 years

Donna Birdsell
lives in Southeast Pennsylvania with her husband, two children, and a cat
named Booger. She's addicted to chocolate, Margaritas, and reality-TV -- not
necessarily in that order. Her first book, THE PAINTED ROSE, garnered great
reviews and was an RT BookClub Magazine nominee for
Best First Historical for 2004. It is also a finalist in the Golden Leaf for
Best First Book. Her second book, FALCON'S MISTRESS, is

Christine Bush Mattera writes fiction as Christine Bush. She has written 6 novels of romance and mystery with Avalon Books. Her newest release is titled WHISPER A WARNING. Christine has also written numerous articles about the craft of writing, motivation, and family issues for a variety of newspapers and magazines nationwide. A frequent lecturer at writers' conferences and educational workshops, she also offers writing workshops for children who want to learn how to get published. Christine is a past president of BCRW. -- better known as Laurie by
her friends -- also won Pacific Northwest Writers Association's 2004 ZOLA
award in a contest open to published writers. Her work was also a Romantic Times American Title I
finalist. Lauren's sensual contemporary romances are a Desperate Housewives/Grey's Anatomy/M*A*S*H blend between comedy and drama or, as she calls them -- romantic dramedies. To date, nine of her manuscripts have won or been finalists in 37 different writing competitions. In Lauren's free time, she enjoys cooking, movies, reading, and spending time at the gym to fight the never-ending battle of the bulge. She despises housework and has resorted to naming the dust-bunnies that multiply as fast as real rabbits while she writes. Spinning stories of passion and adventure, Kathy Kulig writes contemporary, paranormal and erotic romance. Her novella "Bimini Blue" was included in the anthology THAT'S AMORE -- Four Novellas of Erotic Romance, published by Magic Carpet Books in 2004 and sold through it first printing. Recently, she published two short stories of erotic romance, Desert Trickster and Enchanted Stones at Heat Wave Romance in 2005 that also were included in their yearly anthology, 2005 Tingles Collection. Ann Leveille Ann Leveille enjoys writing romantic speculative fiction (futuristic, fantasy, paranormal) stories, as well as dabbling in erotica and romantica. She's also written two books (unpublished) for Young Adults. Though so far unpublished in novel-length fiction, she is multi-published in short fiction. Her latest story published was "Bond of Blood", found in the AFTERNOON DELIGHTS anthology from Liquid Silver Books. She is currently working on a romantic paranormal novel featuring immortal bad guys, a shadowy international investigative agency, and heroine on a quest to find her lost sister. Ann lives in Pennsylvania with her loving husband, three kids, and an assortment of animals.
Leslie Anne Lighton In her writing career, Leslie Lighton-Humphreys
has written computer software, training and user manuals, test plans,
screenplays, newsletters, and now computer validation audit reports. As a
weekly newspaper photojournalist, Leslie covers events including municipality
meetings and the Philadelphia Folk Festival. All proceeds from her
non-fiction book She writes romantic suspense novels as Leslie Anne Lighton, to pay homage to her Hollywood producer
relative, who wrote the first Academy Award-winning film. A Hurricane Floyd
survivor, Leslie and her husband Milke relocated
from a historic community along the Schuylkill River, and now live on top of

Sally Stotter Since Sally retired as Vice President of Institutional Sales from a brokerage house to write full-time, her Chick lit novel, Dare You, has won the Valley of the Sun Romance Writers "Hot Prospects" contest. She has also won the New Jersey Romance Writers "Put You Heart in a Book" contest with her romantic comedy When Bambi Met Ralphie and has been a finalist in other RWA chapter contests. She has also received honorable mentions in the Writer's Digest 2000 and 2002 contests for her short stories. Sally is a Boston University graduate and currently lives in a little clearing in the woods of Eastern Pennsylvania. She is a member of Romance Writers of America, the Chick Lit and Bucks County RWA chapters, and Sisters in Crime. When Sally is not writing, she enjoys golf, gardening, rock climbing, and, of course, reading. |
